• Are not trading signals or recommendations

• You may lose some or all of the money committed to trading
• AI-generated insights may contain errors or inaccuracies
• TradeSthira does not guarantee improved trading performance, profitability or financial results

TradeSthira focuses on trading behaviour, discipline and self-awareness. You remain solely responsible for all trading and investment decisions and any resulting gains or losses.

TradeSthira's branding, design, software, content and features are protected by applicable intellectual property rights.

You may use the App and its outputs for personal use. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute or commercially exploit TradeSthira content without permission.

As a user, you agree to:

• Provide information you have the right to submit
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations
• Not misuse or manipulate the App's features
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App or other users' accounts

• Subscriptions are processed through the relevant app store or payment platform
